Desktop Appraisal consists of the following:

• Customer furnished data and Online research/review records remotely.

• Compare relevant market data and survey the past 12 months of market activity.

• Include a comprehensive description and installed equipment that may affect the value.

• Review past, present and upcoming maintenance data.

• Assumption of economic conditions and theoretical impact.

• Issue a report and Certificate of Desktop Appraisal

Full Onsite Appraisal consists of the following:

• Customer furnished data and Online research/review records remotely.

• Compare relevant market data and survey the past 12 months of market activity.

• Include a comprehensive description and installed equipment that may affect the value.

• Onsite review of aircraft exterior and interior condition.

• Current photo log.

• Onsite Review of the aircraft records/logs including logbooks, and any online documents

• Review past, present and upcoming maintenance data.

• Examination of all airworthy documents.

• Assumption of economic conditions and theoretical impact.

• Issue a report and Certificate of Full Appraisal.
